Radek Lasota

Owner and Creative Director

Radek established RJ in 1990 with the desire to create innovative office furniture that responds to the rapidly changing corporate landscape.  A highly experienced civil engineer and interior designer, Radek is responsible for the design of RJ’s workstation portfolio, the development of our  dynamic bespoke joinery range and the sourcing of commercial furniture solutions. He is also a passionate lover of sport, art, music and life.

Jinan Mehdi

Sales and Marketing Manager

Jinan holds the fort at our Sydney showroom, ensuring projects are correctly quoted, client questions are promptly answered and jobs are delivered on time. She is proficient at Photoshop, manages our supplier relationships and keeps the sales team in line. As a break from her work, Jinan enjoys a quiet life with her family.

Mark Miruzzi

National Sales Manager

Mark has been part of the RJ family for 10 years and is a leading member of our dynamic sales team. He is highly motivated and an excellent problem solver. Mark is a Mechanical Engineer and brings a wealth of knowledge to the RJ team. He is volunteer fire fighter and loves making salami and prosciutto to share with family and friends.


Shannon Rout

Project Manager

Shannon is dynamic, highly motivated and brings a can-do attitude to his project management role. Since starting at RJ in 2012, Shannon has managed a variety of projects including Hollard Insurance, McCabes Lawyers, Qantas Credit Union and Knight Frank. Shannon enjoys fishing, swimming and cycling in his spare time.

Eric Walker

Logistics Manager

Eric has been a part of the RJ family for over 20 years running our Sydney-based warehouse. An excellent problem solver and communicator, he oversees product assembly and logistics, working with suppliers and clients on difficult projects and tight deadlines. Eric is also a keen golfer and all-round sports fan.

Ziggy Okuszko

Project Manager

Ziggy's high attention to detail has been a feature of his work at RJ for over 20 years. He oversees the production and installation of all our workstations and has managed a variety of projects including ING Bank, UTS and Thales. Away from RJ, Ziggy enjoys spending time with family and friends, and watching the soccer.


Euan Fraser

Operations Manager

Euan has been part of the RJ family for over 10 years. He is supremely organised and applies his vast industry knowledge and experience to deliver on even the most complicated of installations with ease and professionalism, on time and to budget. Outside RJ, Euan enjoys a game of golf and some cycling.

Cameron Hearse

Director - RJ Melbourne

Cameron has over 30 years experience in the commercial furniture industry fitting out everything from startups to New Parliament House. Cameron oversees the project management of RJ's Melbourne jobs and has a great reputation for delivering on time and on budget. Cameron is also a keen fisherman and a dab hand in the kitchen.

Susan Fyfe

Director - RJ Melbourne

Susan studied interior design in America before settling into Melbourne's commercial furniture industry. She has over 30 years experience in sales and project management, working closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Susan is also a member of a Lapidary Club making in jewellery in her spare time.
